Here are the instructions for each group:

Group 1: The Photographers

Your task is to capture the day's highlights through photos. Take pictures of the activities, the participants, and the speakers. These photos will be used to create a final presentation or an album to share with everyone after the project. The photos should show the energy and success of the training, so try to capture people smiling, working in groups, and interacting with each other. Be creative and have fun with it!

Group 2: The Journalists

Your mission is to write a summary of the day's events. Pay attention during the workshops and discussions. Write down the key topics covered, the main ideas, and any important conclusions. You'll need to create a clear and concise summary that can be shared with all participants. This document will be a great resource for everyone to remember what they learned and will be a part of the project's final report.

Group 3: The Logisticians

Your job is to ensure the training room is clean and organized. This is a crucial role that helps create a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone. Throughout the day, please make sure the space is tidy and that any materials are put away properly. At the end of the day, you'll be responsible for making sure the room is completely clean, with all chairs and tables put back in their original places.

These roles will rotate each day so that everyone gets a chance to experience each task. This will give you all a deeper understanding of the different aspects of running a successful Erasmus+ project.

Reading the Gossips:

1.Every day during our morning session, two people will be chosen to read the messages aloud to the group.

2.These messages will be a great way to start our day with a smile and a reminder of the strong team we're building together.
