Due to global warming, many species of animals are extinct because global warming causes the increase of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere in particular CO2. A glacier is a huge mass of ice, which is found in the polar areas and in the high mountains. Polar bears, seals, walruses and penguins are among the most endangered species. There are 21.000 species in risky areas that are a resource for all, but humans are damaging this resource, for example by increasing greenhouse gases due to the use of fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) all this could be avoided. We should all use less water and more public transport. We should not waste water unnecessarily, use the cars only for short distances and use the bike or walk. If not in a few years the glaciers will no longer be there. I chose this image because I really like animals.

ANIMALS AT RISK BECAUSE OF GLOBAL WARMING
A volunteer is carrying a koala in a burning forest in Australia. Although volunteers rescued a lot of animals, the wildfires that burned across Australia for months, killed thousands of animals.
How could it have happened? FIRES are a direct consequence of the HOT, DRY WEATHER due to GLOBAL WARMING.
In order to contain t, we SHOULD reduce CO2 emissions. We SHOULD use more clean energy and we SHOULDN''T waste energy; for example we SHOULDN'T keep the heating on when it's not necessary, and we COULD use public transport. We MUST take action: if temperatures keep rising, fires will become more likely and common....
