We went to the first day at school, where we were introduced to the Spanish students (they are friendly and kind), and we introduced ourselves. The first lesson was ICT, where we used Jasperactive.

In the afternoon, we participated in a guided tour in Valencia called “Welcome Tour”.

The things I enjoyed the most on the first day were the modern teaching methods and the way the Spanish school system works.

After the tour,we participated in our first class of the day,an ICT class.During this class,the kids were taught how to work in apps such as Power Point and Word,step by step,using Jasperactive.We sat quietly during the lecture and at the end we introduced ourselves to the students in the class.

The second class was our last one of the day.This time around,we introduced ourselves and our country to a younger group of students,right from the start of the class.At the end we answered any questions they had and gave them original sweets we brought from Romania.

Once we finished our first day at school,we had a guide gives us an educational tour where she walked us to points of interest around the city.

The thing that really impressed me today was the well kept architectural history which gave the buildings in the city a very unique beauty.I also loved the metro ride to the school,which was outside the city.On the way,we got to see beautifully vast plains of trees and sometimes flowers on every side

After these two classes we had to leave in order to have enough time to eat lunch and go to the Oceanografic,the biggest oceanarium in all of Europe!I was very excited on the way there because,despite my slight fear of the ocean,I love aquatic animals and their diversity.

As soon as we got there,we watched a short showing of dolphins doing all kinds of cool tricks.When the show ended we visited multiple underground facilities such as "The Arctic" which had Penguins and Seals or "The Tropics" which had all kinds of exotic fish.

With the Oceanografic closed,our trip ended and after heading home and eating dinner,we decided to walk around the centre of the city a little and look for a few souvenir shops so we could bring something home.

Today I was really amazed by how big the underground part of the Oceanografic was.I found it unbelievable how they could fit so many big aquariums in what seemed to be a not so large space.

Before the first class we changed into our traditional clothing we brought from home called "ie".We participated in an English class by talking with the students there and solving problems displayed on the screen.

The second class,we were a little obnoxious about because it was called "Steam class" which included subjects such as engineering and programming which we were a little unfamiliar with.But all our worries washed away as soon as we stepped in and one of the students there greeted us in Romanian.She presented the subject of "Steam" which,simplified,meant that they had to build something using simple materials like wires,cardboard,glue,batteries etc.She walked us around each table and showed what projects the groups were making such as a remote controlled car made out of cardboard,a goal post which lit up whenever u scored and even a gondola lift!

We said our farewells and moved on to the third class where we actually gathered around the hallways with all the other classes in the school and watched them say goodbye to their graduates in a very loud and cheerful way.

Being done with school,we came back home as usual,had lunch and left to visit the Bioparc,a huge zoo where animals were kept in habitats similar to those where they live in the wild.The whole trip was so beautiful I can't put it into words.The whole zoo was very lively with lots of different animals and trees everywhere making shade to protect us from the heat.

Our visit to the Bioparc was probably the one I enjoyed most so far and together with the interactions we had at the school today it definitely made this day a very fun and memorable one.

One of my favorite moments was standing near the giraffes and watching them drink water. I also enjoyed seeing the playful lemurs jumping between rocks and trees. The sounds of birds and waterfalls made the park feel peaceful and relaxing.

The visit to Bioparc was both fun and educational. I loved exploring the park, taking photos, and spending time surrounded by nature and wildlife.

Afterwards, we went on a trip to L'Oceanogràfic, the largest oceanarium in Europe. The exhibits there were incredibly large, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable visit at all times.

At the end of the day, I can say that the Valencian metro system plays a huge role in the city, and the fact that so many fascinating attractions are located so close to one another is mind-blowing.🚇

In the afternoon, we visited the Oceanografic.

What I appreciated the most was the geography teacher’s teaching method and the amazing show that we watched at the Oceanografic.

So far, this has been my favourite day because I made new friends and learned more about biodiversity .😁

After school, we headed to Bioparc, which is home to numerous animal species, including hippos, zebras, giraffes, elephants, and many more.

At the end of the day, I can say that what I really liked most about Day 3 was seeing the hippos swimming.

The first class was music where the teacher prepared us a sheet of paper with musical terms in Spanish which we were supposed to copy and translate to English.The reason why we did this was because the students had to make projects on their laptops which involved playing Minecraft,the Education edition,and making a song using "jukeboxes",an item inside the game which played different notes based on how you set them up.

For the second and third class we participated in different sports activities where we interacted with kids our age,or a little older,for the first time.We played football,basketball,volleyball and then went swimming in the inside pool.The group of students we played with were so incredibly friendly,giving us tips along the way and going a little easy on us as most of them were older.At the end we had an activity in the swimming pool where we were supposed to gather building blocks to build a castle and safely move it to the other side without making any pieces fall

After finishing school and saying our goodbyes to the people who accompanied us the last few days,we hurried home as we had to arrive in time for a Spanish class.Here,we met Adnana,the organiser representing Universal Mobility who,after finishing introductions,kept talking to the teachers about all the stuff we did on our trip and had her colleague Mihaela,who was our guide through the city in the previous days, give us a piece of paper with a few tasks on it which we were supposed to complete here in Valencia in the given time.We went around the city centre taking to people to learn new words in Valencian and took photos together of famous attractions around us.

Once we were done with the Spanish class we bid Adnana farewell and took a bus to a nearby beach.The beach we arrived at was so insanely clean,the sand was super soft and the water was very clear.The only issue we had were the strong winds which blew sand all over the beach,forcing us to end the trip a little earlier than expected.

What really amazed me today was the use of a video game in teaching which was something I'd never seen before.The kids,despite laughing and talking to each other all the time,took great interest in the activity and were very motivated to make a great project without getting distracted by the game itself.I also loved how sociable the older students were,trying to speak as much as english as possible in order to not make us feel left out.

To kick things off, we had a music class where we actually learned a few Spanish words related to music. On top of that, the children there were doing a project in Minecraft involving the use of jukeboxes to make a song.

The second class was split into three parts: football, basketball, and volleyball. The students we played against were a bit older than us, which explains why they went a bit easier on us. But putting all of that aside, it was great fun!

Our third and final class was also sports-related, in which we went swimming indoors. At the beginning, we jumped into the pool and, after a few minutes of swimming, we were told that we were going to play a game. In order to win, we had to bring blocks from one side to the other, with the final goal being to build a structure and bring it safely back to the other side. In the end, we came out victorious.

In the second part of the day, we had a Spanish class followed by a visit to the beach.

All in all, today was a day full of activities, but also full of stories that can be told many years from now.

I've really been looking forward to today's trip to the Peniscola,a very old seaside town where the main attraction was a huge castle on the side of a cliff.

We started off with a very long bus ride which gave us more than enough time to rest and restore all the energy we've spent during the past few days.Arriving there,we were met with the calming sound of waves and a very chilly and refreshing air.

The road to the castle was very beautiful,the city streets being very old,narrow and having a natural green scenery of vines and plants on the walls and roofs of the houses.

The castle trip was pretty short,only taking us about 2 hours of walking around but the scenery was beautiful,the air was extremely fresh and the history of the castle captivated me,despite not being a big fan of history.We were told about Benedict XIII or Papa Luna and the templars protecting him and how the Pope lived his later years in life peacefully on the side of the sea.

Once we were done with the trip to the castle we had another short bus trip to the Caves of Sant Josep.In the caves,we travelled over water by boat,most of the trip being done while sailing through narrow passages and sometimes very deep and cold waters.During the trip we were told of different rock formations made possible by the high levels of water in the cave and we also found out that this was the longest cave that you could travel over water in Europe.

What really amazed me today was the beauty of the castle and the calm that came with the isolated location.Despite the castle always being under attack it was said in the Pope's books that the sea always brought him calm.

The most interesting part of the visit was exploring Peñíscola Castle. The castle stands on a hill beside the sea and looks very impressive from a distance. As we walked through the old streets leading to the castle, we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and took many photos together. Inside the castle, we discovered ancient rooms, and beautiful courtyard.

From the top of the castle, we admired the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea and the town below.

I got to visit new and beautiful places,meet lots of interesting people and discover more things about myself all in a week long trip I wasn't even set on attending a week before registration.

Usually being a shy person,the closer the trip got the more anxious I became.I was pondering all the time about the people I'll meet and the places we'll visit and how it feel being away from home by myself in a different country for the first time.All of my nerves washed away as soon as I met my colleagues who were not only very nice but extremely interesting with diverse interests and hobbies.We got along so well in the first few days,it felt like we'd known each other for a lifetime.

We shared our thoughts on the trip and after finding out they were as anxious as I was about this whole new experience I realized that ,after all, we're kids the same age and we all felt fear when facing something unknown.

With the new friends I made,visiting different places toghether and trying out new things stopped being so scary and it instead gave me courage to face all the worries I previously had.I feel like by the end,all the moments we shared brought us very close together and despite us taking different paths in life ,they will always be very special to me.

Valencia was a beautiful region with beautiful people all around.I met so many interesting individuals which,despite our differences in language,status and culture,welcomed us with open arms and treated us very nicely.Also,all the places we visited were so unique and beautiful in their own way and it greatly reflected the type of community Valencia was as a whole,a place for open minded people who love nature and greatly value human interactions.

I believe this to be a once in a lifetime experience that shaped me into a better,more outgoing person,an experience which also gave me the opportunity to get to know such interesting people and see and experience so many unforgettable new things which will stick with me forever.

Later in the day, we traveled to the flooded San José Cave, where we went on a peaceful boat ride through its underground waterways. Inside the cave, we saw stunning rock formations, narrow passages, and impressive natural structures created over thousands of years. The calm atmosphere and unique scenery made it a fascinating experience and a perfect way to end another unforgettable day of the trip.

Comparing the school with our school was like light and day, they had a more individual approach were the teachers would interact more with the students and more projects, altmost no homework and fewer test's but even thought they were almost the same class as us they didn't have the same level of knowledge that we had at there age. In the end this experience will forever live with me and is something that I will allways tell my friends about with a smile on my face!

What I loved most about this day was the boat ride in the cave, which was really impressive in my opinion.

When I first started the application process, I wasn’t really afraid of who my colleagues would be because my really good friend, Matei, and I both signed up for the programme, and I was sure that he would be accepted. In the end, we both got the green light, along with some awesome boys who turned out to be excellent people and great friends alike. Now that I’m thinking about it, I’m quite sure that if it weren’t for my awesome colleagues, this trip wouldn’t have been as amazing as it turned out to be.

In the end, I want to thank everyone who made this possible and for the amazing trip, which I’m sure is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We have to be grateful that it happened and not be upset that it’s over.

In the first class, which was music, the teacher gave us a worksheet with Spanish words to help us learn more easily. After that, we had PE class, where we did a variety of sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, and swimming.

Later in the afternoon, we had a Spanish lesson, where we learned new expressions and also received a list of challenges to complete. After that, we visited the beach, which was about one hour away by bus. We spent some time there, enjoyed the view, and relaxed after a busy day.

When we arrived, we explored a beautiful medieval castle located on a hill next to the sea. The castle was impressive, with old stone walls, towers, and narrow passages. From the top, we could see amazing views of the town and the coastline.Also, we had a short walk through the old town of Peñíscola, which had traditional streets and small shops.

Later, we visited the Caves of San José, where we saw impressive rock formations and an underground river. The boat ride inside the caves was the most interesting part and made the visit unforgettable.

At the beginning of the school year, when I started the application process, I didn’t really know what to expect. None of my classmates wanted to join, so I was kind of on my own. However, luckily, the other students in the mobility turned out to be amazing, friendly, and supportive, and we quickly became a great group. We helped each other, shared experiences, and made this trip even more enjoyable.

I would like to thank the coordinating teachers and all the teachers who accompanied us for their support, patience, and guidance throughout this experience.

In the end, I truly recommend everyone to take part in a mobility like this, whether it is VET or school education, because it is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and create unforgettable memories.
