Born in Shandong, majored in Finnish language and studied in Helsinki University, then went to Germany to study Ecology and Nature Conservation, worked in NGO river campaign, environmental policy research, nature capital accounting and investment. Became a mother in 2016 and changed my work totally into education, worked in rural areas, starting Nature School program to bring urban families and kids to beautiful rural areas. Then ecovillage trips and promotion, started working in WildBound since Covid.

This is a famous artist community/zero waste/Waldorf school village in the North Beijing, 400+ families living here, both of my kids goes to school here. It's really great to have a village to raise up a kid!

本科建筑学，然后浑浑噩噩工作了9年，逐渐发现做的工作与自己的价值观相背离，不想再做凌驾于自然之上的暴力的建筑设计，于是辞职重回学校寻找答案，一直在探索的过程中~

I am from Suzhou and currently a graduate student in Beijing.

I had been working as an architect for 9 years since I got my bachelor degree. But I found what I was doing did not align with my values. I didn't want to continue creating architecture that dominated nature in a violent way, so I quit my job and returned to school in search of answers. Still on my way~

I have love and passion for design and innovation. I am familiar with the multidisciplinary creative process and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams.Currently, I am involved in three ventures: SeeekLab, a new media art studio; Akapu, a rural culture curation studio; and RoofRoot, a local specialty shop focusing on regional specialties & sustainable life. 我每天都在摄入各类的信息，大脑在不同事情之间不停运转。虽然一直在行动，但似乎越来越迷茫，不管是职业上的，还是生活上的。我也时常反思我的生活方式和工作状态，看得到自己身上的焦虑和不安，但却没有找到好的方法和方式进入一种平静又笃定的生存状态。

我渴望寻求内心的平静，对身体的觉知，与自然共处或者说从自然中学习的能力。我期待在这段旅程中，从大自然和智者身上得到引导，找到从心出发的力量。

I often find myself reflecting on my lifestyle and work habits, recognizing the anxiety and unease within me, yet struggling to find effective methods to attain a sense of calm and certainty in my existence. In my life and work in the resident, I began to truly understand a village. To understand this land and the people on this land.

The reality that is out of the imagination of the mind, the beautiful but scarred land, the local villagers who are both kind and hateful, and the contradiction between sustainable ecological protection and social and economic development.

I once asked a teacher how people get along with nature and what is the most perfect relationship? She only replied me with four words: "stop when you are satisfied."

How to let go of the designer's desire for unique expression and use only the least interference and variables to influence the local environment has become the direction I am committed to.

过去半年，我往返于西来与泸定。

在驻地的生活与工作中，开始真正去理解一个乡村。去理解这片土地，以及这片土地上的人。

那脱离了头脑想象的真实，那既美丽却又满是伤痕的土地，那每位既善良又可恨的本地村民，那生态保护可持续与社会经济发展的矛盾。

我曾问过一位老师，人到底如何与自然相处，最完美的关系是什么？她只回复我四个字：“适可而止。”

如何放下设计师那渴望独特表现的自我，而只用最少的干扰和变量去影响一方水土，成为我致力的方向。

把正念带入生活与工作中。I am trying to bring mindfulness to life and work.

I enjoy a simple, slow life. I like poetry, visual art, gardening, carpentry, and eating with friends. I enjoy music, but I have zero talent for singing. I'm grateful for this opportunity to connect with an amazing group of people you guys are.

Bali influences me a lot in this journey. At first I went there for traveling and yoga, the reason of visiting gradually shift to bamboo building from 2023 when I joined a workshop by Bamboo Creative Bali.

The next year, I started to work for Taiwan Bamboo Society, in charge of educational programs. With 4 projects going on at the moment——

1. Bringing bamboo building curriculum into technical school system

2. Hosting bamboo building workshop in collaboration with professionals from abroad

3. Hosting online talks with professionals from different parts of the local bamboo industry chain

4. Organizing bamboo architecture field trips to Bali, for people from Taiwan to have immersive experience with natural building & learning. (Ex. 2024 with Bamboo U & Astungkara Way)

   *2025 goal: integrating regenerative tourism

I love the challenge of bringing ideas and concepts to realization and enjoy the end-to-end process. In the past few years, I've been executing events and running programs through different organizations in Indonesia that focus on sustainability, education, and entrepreneurship.

I'm more of an ocean person but open to any fun and challenging adventure as well :D

Through workshops, talks, holiday camps, and more, I’ve been able to craft experiences that I believe help them explore the world in meaningful ways. I’ve also extended this passion into designing study tours for international school students, with a focus on nurturing global citizenship.

By joining this regenerative program gives me the opportunity to dive deeper into its concepts and practices, hoping to blend them into the programs that I curate for the younger generation. I believe in the power of planting seeds of awareness, curiosity, and responsibility while they’re still young, and that drives everything I do.

I studied renewable energy engineering but built my career (and still going on!) in the sustainable building engineering industry.

Currently, I am part of Eco-Mantra (www.eco-mantra.com), an environmental engineering consultancy based in Ubud, Bali. Our core activity is to help reduce the environmental footprint of our client's development through careful and measured engineering. Our 3 main focus areas are Energy, Water, and Waste management.

I bridge environmental advocacy and youth empowerment with a background in Environmental Engineering (BSc) and International Environmental Law (MSc). Since 2018, I have been actively involved in youth climate advocacy in China, focusing on innovative ways to promote sustainable, earth-friendly concepts.

Currently, I work at WildBound, where I lead brand communications and oversee the New Youth Project, channeling my passion for socio-ecological justice into actionable pathways.

Previously, I worked with the China Youth Climate Action Network (CYCAN), where I coordinated the International Youth Summit on Energy and Climate Change (IYSECC), led youth delegations to the UN Climate Change Conferences (COP), and pioneered tools for youth-driven low-carbon consumption.

On a personal note, I’m a cat person and a fan of Harry Potter and Star Wars. I look forward to connecting with others who share these interests!

My journey into regenerative design began with a transformative trip to Sichuan, which reshaped my perspective on sustainability. Now, I am exploring how to transition from youth action networks to truly regenerative networks, using participatory research to better understand and support the next generation of environmental youth leaders. My career is rooted in the belief in collective learning and co-creation, and I find great joy in empowering young changemakers to navigate the complex landscape of climate challenges.

I'm still learning and experimenting with curiosity and that's what brought me to Future+.
