THEAIS STATMENT:factors that influence the teaching sytem, the quality of teachers, the culture of cheating.
BODY. 
A. THE THEACHING SYTEM. 
the same sytem of learning is always applied by teacher at the time giving the student material is banned to ask this cause the student lazy and cause the felling of not daring. 
B. THE QUALITY OF TEACHER
many have the low quality the teacher in indonesia. They are more concerned with their own quality than their student. Demands for more wages encourage teacher to manipulate data and prioritize school administration more promotion to atrack new student. 
C. THE CULTURE OF CHEAT
culture cheating is not a secret anymore, because many happen in fact, teachers teach their student cheat, this happen at the junior high school or senior high school, when going to the national exam and expect key answers from the school. 

CONCLUSION. 
in this case indonesia should evalute the learning system and the constitution on education, create qualified teachers, educate the character of children with integrity. In order to in various fields and generation of indonesia can competition in the international world.
