Partnering with Make-A-Wish, they have been able to boost their ability to face the challenges brought by their conditions revitalising their sense of purpose (MAKE-A-WISH, 2020).
Wish families see genuine improvement in their youngster's enthusiastic and physical well-being. As one mum said, “It was the turning point during his treatment. Suddenly he had something to look forward to.”

In 1971, Jack Cowin, who is the biggest shareholer founded Hungry Jacks in Innaloo, Perth.
H.J. is 45 years old in Australia with over 420 restaurants and more than 19,000 employees serving 1.7M customers in each major centre within the country.
H.J has been making fresh burgers for customers since its inception constantly improving and having a variety through custom made orders just the way they like it.

During its inception, H.J was originally meant to be called Burger King but there was already a restaurant in Adelaide with the same name. Cowin prevailled after much legal wrangling and chose to maintain the name Hungry Jack as an Australian brand.
