Alfred has demonstrated an impressive ability to learn quickly. His natural aptitude for picking up new tasks has not gone unnoticed. Remarkably, he managed to impress our guests on just his third day, earning tips from them – a testament to his excellent service and potential.

While Alfred is a bit shy, which is understandable for someone new, I believe this is an area where he can improve. Building more confidence in his interactions with both guests and team members will enhance his overall performance and help him reach his full potential.
