We have to make sure that put activity is not to difficult and the rules are not to complicated for them , also we have to make sure that we have a warm up and that the activity is around 30 minutes long. We have a location which is the local sports hall. We also have equipment provided for us , such as goals, bibs and balls to help create our activity . For our activity we will need bibs , balls and nets, also we will need two teams to take part.
Special considerations
The participates are form college so they won't need any transport to get to the venue, also we will rehearse the activity before we launch it showing below a diagram of the lay out of the game. It is important that you use your communicate skills to help eachother  get the ball in the goal and past the goal keeper. We discovered that we need three quarters of a court and that our rules are that we need a goal keeper for each team, also that we have certain distances that you can make a throw from for a goal. I really got involved with the event. My strengths were taking leadership and communicating well with my team mates as well as the group, taking then into two small groups to explain the rules of the game. During the game I used a loud voice cheering on the teams as well as telling them the score and updating them with the time left this made the game more competitive throughout. As a weakness for myself I think that I could of got more involved with each individual and make some of them come out of their shell more but I tried to increase this in the second half. When planning our activity it was my original idea of this game but we agreed as a team, also as I knew the game best I took leadership in writing down the rules and regulations. Also think we achievement some teamwork skills as coming together to get two treats for a person on each team. Also we thanked em all for playing and tried to involve as many people as possible trying to encourage them throughout such as at half time we asked the others if they would like to join in and a few did. On the other hand as a weakness for our team we could of been a bit more organised (even though some was not our fault) , we could have pre looked at our venue change then we may not have been so worried about how we was going to lay things out in the court. Overall I think our activity worked very well and many of e young adults took part and enjoyed it very much. After the activity we ensured that all equipment was cleared away such as the cones so no one could trip over them and pushed the goals right to the edge so they weren't in anyway as well as collecting the ball so it was not rolling around.
I think that this activity was very suitable for the people taking part as it gave a fair contribution to everyone and it was fairly straight forward, and the scoring was easy for them to keep up with as well as this trying to make it challenging we added a goal keeper and had a rule of no bouncing the ball.
We got the guys to take part but explains the game and the rules and then asked who would like to join in , then tried to encourage others by putting them in a group with their friend and after half time once the people sitting out had seen the game being played we asked if anyone else would like to join in and more people started to join as they see how fun the game was.
