mentally, we're on our period so dysphorias even more of a bitch, the stress and loneliness is still crippling, its uh. not fun! but i feel a lot more stable, ig? like, I'm not gonna do anything bad, which is good (sorry this is so rambly i am SO tired and a teeny bit deranged). insecurity and jealousy is up and i still feel like pushing everyone away, but i also feel more motivated to actually try and feel good. might do some baking this week! or something! (please help I'm going insane-)

as for system-wise, there hasn't been any dormancy or anybody new active so nothing to report there. uh hh yeah :) there
