Being a good citizen is helping others, being empathetic, taking care of the environment, respecting others, and being honest. If you want to be a good citizen you need to follow laws, support others, voting, demonstrate kindness and respect for others.

If you don’t follow the rules you can go to jail, pay a debt or a fine.

If you don’t have rules everything would be chaos or safety-risks.
