During the lesson, students were engaged with the lesson as the topic was related to their interest which is reading. Most of the students prefer reading books, magazines and e-books. They were also able to name online platforms to read and publish books such as Wattpad. For the pre-reading activity, students managed to identify what types of materials gives facts, entertain the readers, is educational and gives personal opinions. During the while reading and post-reading stage, most of the students were able to answer the questions correctly.

Students were asked to match strips of paper according to their columns (countable and uncountable nouns). Students managed to match all the papers strips correctly. Other than that, students managed to answer the questions in the worksheet given individually within 10 minutes. During the production stage, students played ‘Poison Ball.’ Students were given a ball and were asked to pass the ball to their classmates until the music stops. Students who gets the ball will be given a paper strip where they have to create sentences based on the paper strip they have received. For example, any, some, a few and a little. 

However, there are a few things that I believe could be improved for future lessons. Firstly, I should be more aware of the main skill and the complementary skill. For instance, this lesson should be focused more on writing rather than reading. This could be improved by spending more time on teaching the students how to write a story and by checking their understanding of the lesson.
