• Communicate Project to staff (the why, how who etc) at Staff Meeting (Staff Meeting Tuesday 15^th) 

• Draft questions for surveys and focus groups 

• Discuss how the surveys will be rolled out to the all students

• Discuss how will the 2^nd and 5^th year focus groups work?  Who will facilitate them? Where will they take place . What are the ground rules? Communication to parents/guardians/students

• Identify students for the focus groups with SLMT, Year Heads, Guidance Counsellors, Chaplain, AP1’s, Tutors  

• Invite the students and notify parents/guardians where invitation accepted

• 12th March Staff Meeting – T,L & A Carousel with focus on active methodologies and retrieval practices​

• 2nd April Staff Meeting - Whole School Guidance: One Good Adult Promotion and on communication of homework/tests for remainder of year​

• Conduct the final round of data collection and analysis to measure the impact of the Forbairt Project on attendance rates in 2nd and 5th Year students and other year groups as part of SSE with post intervention strategies evaluation surveys of stakeholders

• Evaluate strategy outcomes
