Why did I choose this word?

I chose this word because if a leader isn’t confident, their team isn’t going to trust them. Imagine you are in a car with someone who isn’t confident in which pedal is the gas and which one is the break. Personally I would be terrified, I would rather jump out the car than put my life at risk with that person. This same thing applies to leadership. If a leader isn’t confident, their team won’t trust them to lead them towards the right direction.

How will you embody this quality going forward?

I honestly just have to trust myself more. I always have the right words to say, but since I don’t trust myself, I’m not confident enough to say it.

What is your vision statement for this next year?

My vision statement for this year is to step out of my comfort zone and have confidence in my self. A lot of people look up to me (I have no idea why) when half of the time I don’t even trust myself to take the right steps.
