2. A proper structure for practice sessions that will be followed throughout the session.

  • Be on time.
  • Structured trainings, depending on the number of trainees---
    First 15 min  warm up , muscle stretching/running ..mandatory for all members despite their time of arrival.
    Next 15 min catch practise, grass fielding--

    Assuming at least 10 players on every practise session: 
    Practise session :(34 overs)
    Batsmen who doesn't bowl at all bats 4 overs---
    Others 3 overs batting---
    Bowlers :
    3 -5 overs , A pace bowler can't bowl spin when he is tired , no change of bowling in the practise session--

    All above practise session to be completed by 8pm-
    A proper 10 over match after 8 pm everyday--
  • One need to decide are you a pure batsman,bowler  or an allrounder. Be honest yourself and capitalize your strength.

  • Sachin’s suggestions to improve club’s overall performance.[ It is valid to go to this point only if we play as a professional FCA club that has a desire to progress to higher levels. There is no point to discuss these things if we want to play just for fun and celebrate with our close friends circle. We can continue our traditional way, it's easy and more fun. So, we should be be clear about our expectations from our FCA performances.]

    The captain and the president should have some self defined concrete targets. Upon failing to meet their self defined targets, they should quit their roles and handover their roles to the one who can meet such targets.

    Of course the captain and the president can come up with their own target levels. Following are some example targets:
    1. The captain should promise a target of at least 25% matches win in FCA matches.
    2. The captain should organize at least three 30-30 overs friendly matches against FCA level clubs. 
    3. The captain must attend at least 80% practice sessions and FCA matches.

    Upon failing to meet abovementioned self defined target levels, the captain simply should resign and support capable ones in the team.

    Example Target for the President
    1. Paid members of the club should be at least 25 for the next year's session.
    2.  The president should find funding sources from supporters, businesses, or from some legal sources. Or come up with a concrete plan to increase the funding for the club such as by selling club-name-printed t-shirts for fans.The  President can define the target in this AGM and his performance will be evaluated in the next AGM. 
    3. All the decisions made in the club must be implemented. If the decisions are not implemented or ignored to implement because of one or other reasons, then it's president’s job to convince all the players about the failure or to accept the failure of his administration. And again, simply handover the responsibilities to some other person who can meet the targets.

    In sum, such kind of binding projects for key persons of the club will certainly lead to improved overall club performance.

  • Shall we take the financial support in future from SFP or not ? 
  • Taking financial support for the last few years and having the party's flag in all our major cricketing events was not political and it was ok for everyone of us because we were at the receiving end but now to have a little discussion before or after the AGM is a political issue. This is a double standard. We have to be clear on our thoughts if we are happy taking we should also be ready for giving. It does nt hurt anyone just to listen. She won't take your votes in the discussion session. It's your right to vote or not and is a confidential matter. This part of the event is totally on voluntary basis. You are not obliged to be part of it if you don't wish to be. 
  • Should create mailing list of members: 
  • Every paid members should have read access to club email. 
  • 3-4 person should have write access to club email. 
  • Every decision which has financial impact required voting. Also, voting for any decision making which has high impact regarding club principal.
  • Only paid members are eligible for voting regarding club decision. 
  • Club card owner should be responsible for billing records. 
  • Party expenses should be separated from club card. Except few exception parties such as Juhanus party, Session over get together party. 
  • Reducing membership fee could motivates young talents to join the club. Need to consider required membership fee collection.
  • Due to corona situation, every one should have their personal kits. We could borrow club stuff those who don't have.

    Hamro goal social + competitive but no hard feelings when we lose. 
    Review after every game
    forwarding mails to everyone in the club with reading access 

    Suggestions collected: from membership forms:
    -     This club need to play longer format of the game to develop the personal and overall skill of the people.
    - T20 , will decide later on other formats
    - It would be good to know what fees are included in the membership fee. Lastly, I hope the club president will ensure safety first during practice session as well as in match day. Thanks!

  • I think there won't be a bigger impact as we are playing outdoors however we need to take care of ourselves and not participate in any training sessions or matches if we have a fever, running nose, or any other corona-related symptoms. 
  • Although we are playing outside we need to keep our discipline and follow the government regulation and at least keep a distance from the opponent team.
  • If you or your family member had travelled recently during the game schedule please be responsible and keep your self away from the team .though you might be excited to see your team and their game. you don't want your team members to get sick.

    1) To capture the proper photos especially for long distance capture, would need a Zoom lens. 
    If anybody in our club have it then we can use it during the events. 
    Otherwise, need to buy a new or used one. 

    Personally, what you did last year was exceptional. We should continue implementing it this year as well however due to limited resources we need to utilize our own tools. Lets see if we have enough funding or budgets and upone approval of others in the team we can think of purchasing some equipments
