Student activity room. We agree because 3/4 people included it in the second ranking.

By giving the student population a referendum on which facilities they would like to see. The first and last can help students destress with their friends while the second can allow more opportunities and options during events.

Not many people may use the rock climbing wall as it may be too tiring and may not use the rock climbing wall and outdoor study area if the weather is bad, rendering both less useful. 

An activity room can help students destress but may get them addicted to gaming and come to school just to game and not listen in classes as they are too fixated on waiting for school to end or for breaks to go and game.

An outdoor stage is quite versatile but would not be able to be used all the time and bad weather may render it useless.

A cafe can grant students a comfortable space to destress and get food while also having an extra space to do their work.

我们同意.  The canteen is usually crowded and by building this facility,  it would open up more food options for the students and for after school hours, students can still purchase some food and drinks or quick bites from the cafes and studying there in peace.
