One that I have wondered about too. https://www.brookings.edu/blog/brown-center-chalkboard/2019/05/08/is-technology-good-or-bad-for-learning/ says that young children need less screen time and more time to interact with other children and adults. That way they can develop the correct way. A few hours a day for a little bit older children is recommended. There are so many different tools to help first graders with spelling.
