In week 6 we go to the Pasar Siti Khadijah to meet with the business owner. we met with the Puan Hazana Husain who is the owner of Mak su shop. Maksu shop is located in Pasar Siti Khadijah in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Puan Hazana is the second generation to continue this business after it was started by her mother. This business has been running for over 20 years. Her shops operates from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM every day. The products that she sells is Kelantan traditional snacks, budu, and many more. The problem that Puan Hazana is facing is to record the cash flow of her sales since she does not have knowledge about financial literacy, she don't know her current cash in and cash out, right now she only know what her current cash, and don't know how much cash that her spend for her shop. The suggestions of solutions that we advise her is about the benefit of having a balance sheet for a small business. The balance sheet consists of current assets, and current liabilities, and track the cash in and cash out. This will help her track the cash flow of her business and provides a better understanding of the financial strength of her business..

In week 7 we do the analysis findings about what lack in her business, we know what her problem after we ask her about how she run this business and is there knowledge that she her learn before taking over this business from her mother. What lack in this business is she does not know how to track her sales record, she does not know much about her everyday cash flow, this include whether cash in more than cash out or cash out more than cash in, literacy about cash flow included tracking receiving payments from customers for goods or service. The solution that came from our group to puan Suzana is teach her a little bit about the benefit of having a balance sheet for the small business. The balance sheet consists of current assets and current liabilities and help her to track her business cash flow. In this also we do the task allocation which is some of us will do the abstract and some will do poster and presentation. After the discussion we came again to pasar siti khadijah to To see Ms. Hazana's and her business, has she implemented what has been taught or not, or are there any problems in applying what has been taught?

In week 8 after we do the analysis finding about our project, when doing the analysis finding about our project, we discussed what findings that we got in Google Meet since are few of our group mates were busy. In our analysis findings, we discuss about the interview session that we do in week 6 and what knowledge we shared with the kedai mak su owner, puan Hazana. In our analysis finding we find that she struggles with tracking her sales record including the cash flow of her business. we identify her problem when we ask her about how much she know about basic financial management. Puan Hazana tell us that she doesn't have much knowledge about financial management, That when we ask her about how she tracks her sales record, and whether she has a receipt or not. She has a problem when tracking her sales record, and the receipt she had is the manual receipt that was given to the customer, and she doesn't keep the receipt, it's hard to track the record sales and hard to know whether Kedai Maksu is generates profit or not. From the problem that we identified, we came up with a solution for the kedai mak su financial management which is we teach her what benefit for her business when she know how to do a balance sheet. excel track online

In week 9 we do the extended abstract for our group. 5 people in our group doing the extended abstract,: Muhamad Hanif, Najah Syahirah Binti Zamzuri, Siti Khodijah Binti Abd. Rashid, Nurul Aneesha Adila binti Khairul Azmi, Nik Puteri Syazwani binti Nik Ahmad Kamil. This is the team that is responsible for making the extended abstract. Our extended abstract is based on the analysis findings that we made in week 8 and everyone has their own main point to do from the context of the project to future recommendations for this project. when doing this extended abstract we do a few discussion on how our group will do this extended abstract and which main point do we choose to do. The challenge while doing this abstract is to relate what is done to this community project.
