         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp;-Gene flow is the transfer of genes from one population to the next. For example if two populations of frogs, one with a mutated gene and one without, ended up in the area and the two populations mated then eventually the frogs without the mutated strain would then have the mutation.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;-Migration is when a population moves together. Migration could have caused this situation. In this example one of the groups of frogs could have migrated in into the same area as the other frogs.</div>]]></description>

For example a female peacock is more attracted to a male with a huge fan of beautiful feathers than a male with little to no feathers, so the female will choose to mate with the more attractive male, therefor his genes will be passed on and future generations will have larger plumage.</div>]]></description>

One result of this is having the same bones in multiple different species.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;-Parallel evolution is separate evolution paths starting from alike ancestral condition.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;-Convergent evolution is when two separate organisms evolve to have similar traits. An example is sharks, which are fish, lcthyosaurs, which is a reptile, dolphins, a mammal, and penguins, a bird, each one is a different species but they all look alike.</div>]]></description>

The hominids would chip away at rocks to make the shape they wanted, whether it was sharp or curved. With this method they made axes, blades, arrowheads, and more tools. The uses of these tools are simple, they were used for hunting, protection, food gathering and preparing.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Flint is much sharper than the rocks that were previously used. Like hominids, homo sapiens made blades, axes, arrowheads , and even more tools. However the way they make them is different and the tools are used in the same ways. Also that the homo sapiens' tools are a little more advanced than the hominid's tools. I learned that they both evolved in the same area. Then I inferred that homo sapiens evolved from hominids.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
