Based on what i understand about Ihsan, meaning of Ihsan is perfection if im not mistaken. There are 3levels of Ihsan which is Ihsan towards Allah, Ihsan towards parents and ihsan towards animals. 

Ihsan towards Allah:
-performing 5times prayer in a day is ab obligatory but to show our ihsan towards Allah, we can perform sunnah prayer such as Solat Tahajud. 

Ihsan towards parents:
-by showing our ihsan towards them, we have to respect them, talking to them with softly voice and also always pray for them.

Ihsan towards animals:
-when we want to kill them, kill them in a good way, meaning that use a sharp tools hence we will not torture them.



Quranic verse related to Ihsan:

لَيۡسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ جُنَاحٞ فِيمَا طَعِمُوٓاْ إِذَا مَا ٱتَّقَواْ وَّءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ ثُمَّ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّأَحۡسَنُواْۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
Those who believe and do righteous good deeds, there is no sin on them for what they ate (in the past), if they fear Allah (by keeping away from His forbidden things), and believe and do righteous good deeds, and again fear Allah and believe, and once again fear Allah and do good deeds with ihsan (perfection). And Allah loves the good-doers.

What i know about adab is doing goodness to others and the most important thing is respect to all people surrounding us no matter if they are older or younger than us. For instance, Adab to our friends, to teachers or lectures, to parents or to neighbours. These are some of the people that are closed to us, so we need to show our best attitude towards them.

Some of the adab that we can practise to everyone:

-giving salam
-speak politety to them
-dont raise our voice to them
-always try to keep them happy 
-call them with a tittle of respect
-reply them in a humble answer
