As we transition to our new organisation I wanted to thank you all for your leadership, support and resilience. I can't imagine what the last year would have been like if it weren't for your care and good spirits that brightened my every single day. Sometimes we laughed cheering each other up and other times we had to go belt & braces as we navigated choppy seas and we shed emotional tears as team members moved onto new adventures. I have learned so much from all of you, despite the touch times I will treasure the experience. Lots of changes for us as we move forward and I am really excited to work together with new family members joining EBTA! Debs

Gratitude, respect and pride

Colleagues –

1 August is coming quickly. Some of us will move on whilst others will stay with IR. I hope that whatever your journey takes you, you will look back on this period with as much pride and respect as I do. Through highs and the lows, tears and the laughter – the IR community has triumphed in so many ways despite unprecedented challenges.

A special thanks to you all as the ELC for the teamwork, the professionalism and the camaraderie. It has been a blast!

Couldn't be more proud to be a part of this community of leaders especially during a time of unprecedented nature! Through every change that came our way, the storms we had to weather and the silver linings we reached out for or made a reality, you remained steadfast. Without your leadership, resilience and dedication, we would not have achieved what we have to date. Thank you for being a constant source of support for your teams and this community even in moments when it would also have been difficult for you personally. It's been a real privilege to also learn from you through our various interfaces - these experiences will no doubt play a part in shaping my leadership journey.

Wishing you all the very best in whatever paths you journey on next as you continue to make a positive difference to those around you!

Leadership and Beyond

This community goes beyond just leadership. While the past year (or two) has been a stretch for a lot of us, we have found ways to connect and show support in one way or another. I am grateful for the random connects that I've had with some of you that usually starts with "I need help" but always ends with "Thank you and if you need anything just give me a shout."

It feels great to belong in such a supportive group. Please continue to share your light with others.

To the EMEA, APAC and AMER RLTs

I had the unique opportunity to be part of three RLTs. Each had their own style, culture and quirks. In some cases their differences were like night and day (time zone reference intended hehehe) But what they undoubtedly shared in common was to always keep their respective teams at the heart of all the decisions that they would make. The situation of even individual members mattered to all the leaders. These RLTs were truly communities of compassionate and inclusive leaders.

Thank you so much for warmly welcoming me into your leadership teams. It was an honor and privilege to learn from you, and to be inspired by best practices that will help me on my own leadership journey.

Thank you so much for the care, guidance, leadership and above all the friendship. The past few months has been a test to say the least, but having a supportive team has turned these trials into successes/achievements. Each and every one of you have inspired me and supported me in one way or another, so a massive THANK YOU from me to you! It has been an absolute privilege to be part of these 2 amazing communities and thankful to continue to be part of the IR family
