         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learners will complete a team resource collaboratively that identifies risks, signs of concern, procedure for accessing help and lists the most valuable techniques they have learned.<br>Team will decide how this resource should be available to staff and how will be taught to new staff.&nbsp; (example above)<br>Could form part of team performance plan.<br>Learners will be directed to complete a moodle module where learning objectives will be aligned with information provided plus links to pod casts and videos.  The module will contain a 6 question quiz that requires learners to recall skills learned, techniques observed and narrate an answer to a classroom scenario.</div>]]></description>
