         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I went to a mindfulness training they shared with us to "model" the calm down spot in the class. When your class is frustrating you (not listening, not transitioning,etc.) go to your calm down center put the headphones on, use the calm down jar or fidget. Show the kids how to mindfully use that space in the classroom.</div>]]></description>
