Specifically, we will outline and implement a clear partnership plan that enhances coordination and support. The success of this initiative will be measured by the development and implementation of at least three joint initiatives that demonstrate a unified approach, as well as a 15% increase in student engagement and success metrics within the STEM Pathway.

We do not currently have a formal or structured approach to bridging the gaps between our two areas that makeup our STEM Pathway. We do have an amazing STEM Pathway coordinator, but more could be done from mine and Melanie's side to create a solid and unified partnership to support STEM and its value.
