Milling machining is one of the very common manufacturing processes used in machinery shops and industries to manufacture high precision products and parts in different shapes and sizes. The milling machine comes with the following features: Table can be swiveled to each 45 degrees right and left, the vertical spindle rotation is driven through the horizontal spindle and available to use a slotting atachment. There are many advantages of milling machine and one of them is the size and durable construction of the milling machine give tremendous support to handle large and heavier machines without damaging itself. Another good point is it reduces the chances of human errors. A huge pro of it is perfect for producing individual pieces in small or large batches and greater precision in the finishing of the work compared to other machines. Besides many advantages, the milling machine has some disadvantages and one of them is not good at cutting radial cuts. Another is use a lot of electricity.

He has worked in our company for a welding engineer in welding shop. The event occurred at Workshop1 at about 8.30 a.m on December 20th. When he was welding suddenly, he was unable to open his eyes, his eyes hurt, and his left hand got burn as well. After investigation, I determined that he neglected safety rules and forgot to wear a proper welding helmet and a pair of welding gloves.
