The first major milestone is the signing of a contract, which is expected to occur on June 20, 2016. Once the contract is signed, planning works can commence. This phase includes the approval of an equipment and instrument list, as well as coordination with mechanical engineering (ME) design. Civil work will then begin, with a focus on preparation and building work in the chemical area. This will likely include the installation of temporary water and power supplies.
