In the center, it was a lighter shade of brown. It was also slightly uneven. The custard was a light yellow, with barely any lumps in it, so it looked smooth. The peaches also added colour to the dish.

Aroma: The peaches overpowered both the smells of the crust and the custard. However, there was a faint smoky smell from the crust. The custard smelled of sugar.

Taste: The crust was slightly salty, but complimented the sweet custard. The peaches also added a sour element to the taste.

Texture: The crust was crunchy but fell apart easily. It stood out from the custard and the peaches as both ingredients were soft, like a paste. Aroma: it smelt like any other baked things hen it was been plain backed for 20 minutes. But after we have laced the fruits and the paste, it smelt very fruity because of the peach which created it.
Taste: It tasted like any other fruit tart. but the paste that the teacher had made was too dry and made my throat feel very dry.

Appearance: Some of the crust was not baked till golden brown and instead was white in colour. The custard sauce has a light hint of yellow in it and was topped was canned peach.
2. Aroma: The crust had a buttery aroma before and after it baked as butter was one of the ingredient. The custard smell sweet.
3. Taste: The crust was not too hard to chew and it was not to soft either. The Custard was not too sweet. 
4. Texture: The texture of the crust was too thick. The custard had a light yellow colour and it had a shiny look. the cubed peaches on the tart gave a bright orange colour which catches people's attention.

Aroma: The fruit tart had a strong peach smell attributed by the peaches that were placed on top of it. The crust had a floury and buttery scent with a baked smell due to the baking process .the custard on the tart smelled like vanilla and it also had an eggy smell.

Taste: The tart was savoury and delectable , it had a strong vanilla taste attributed by the custard. And a sweet aromatic taste contributed by the peaches. the short crust tasted like flour and butter, it also had a cakey taste due to the baking process.

Texture: The crust had a light ,crumbly and slightly biscuity texture. it was also a little hard as it was thick. the custard had a firm and silky texture. And the peaches on top was soft but juicy.

Aroma: It smells sweet and salty, the peach has a sour smell added to the tart 
Taste: The crust taste salty and sweet and the custard has a sweet taste 
Texture: the crust is rough and breaks apart easily with little effort. The custard feels creamy before it hardens, when it hardens, it has a rubber like texture

Ps: The original custard tart was destroyed while in my school bag , at the time I did not have a photo so I remade some at home .

Aroma : the crust smells freshly baked from oven and the custard have a sweet scent .
Taste : surprisingly it wasnt too dry , the crust was dry but the custard made it better , the peach was juicy and added on to the taste which makes it nice.
Texture: the outer layer was a little hard on the top but as u bite into it , it slowly breaks apart which means its unevenly baked. The custard was pastel yellow . No lumps were in the custard. The peach was added and it gave the tart more appealing to eat. 
Aroma : slight smell of the custard(butter) and crust. Mainly smell like peach. 
Taste : Crust is well cooked. Does not taste burnt or soggy. It does not taste dry. 
Custard was sweet and have a milky taste and very savoury. 
Peach is juicy and sweet.
Texture : the crust is very firm. It does not shattle easily and drop. Custard have a thick consistency and have a milky-like texture

Aroma: The dish had a very strong custard smell with a scent of peaches. 

Texture: the crust was hard and it crumbles when i bit into it the custard then flowed into my mouth and complimented the crust.
