The bombing killed more than 2,300 Americans and it completely destroyed the American battleship U.S.S. The attack lasted about 110 minutes and was followed by bombers.

The gas from the bombs created a lot of smoke, which caused pollution to trees and the ocean. The oil spills came from the ships when the bombs blew it up. The oil is especially bad for animals because the water is like their air, and when theirs a gross thick substance that you cannot breathe in, it is going to make them sick and die.

The water surrounding it is Navy- deep water. The terrain has a lot of mountains in the islands. The climate temperatures range from 63- 85 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a lot of humidity which makes it feel even hotter.

For instance, the Spinner Dolphin and the Stenella stay in the water. If there is an oil spill that effects the water that they swim in. Would you like to swim in oil? I did not think so. Some other animals are the Feral Goat and the Mongoose, because of the attack there was a lot of pollution. The animals should have fresh air to breath in, and also the pollution caused the plants to die. Some animals need plants to eat. Some plants were the Palmgrass, Air Yam, and Blue Butterfly Bush.
