It covers 1.01 square kilometres of reclaimed area in central singapore and is adjacent to the Marina reservoir. It is known that cloud forest situated at gardens by the bay is one of the most impressive tourist attraction and may also be the reason why tourists like to go there. Gardens by the bay has 3 parts,  Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden for tourists to visit and look at various flora and learn more about the different flora and structures and sometimes fauna like fishes which are hardly seen. There are also structures like the Supertree Grove which allows people to walk on the bridge to the top of the structures and admire the scenery and take pictures of gardens by the bay. Marina bay sands is also quite close to it and they can have a look at the marina bay surroundings.
The facilities and structures built there has been made to be very appealing to tourists with the different types of fauna and even locals like to go there to take pictures and relax with fresh air when they have time.
