My vacations were in Minca Santa Marta. I lasted 3 days, I stayed in a hotel with my cousin. We went to see wonderful places. And I want to repeat that experience being connected with nature is great.
In the mornings we ate in restaurants in Santa Marta, we tried all the traditional foods of that area, in the afternoons we went for a walk with very fresh clothes. At night we went out to discos and to walk the beaches of that area that at night is spectacular.

The outfit that I would wear for the job interview would be something casual, jean pants, a comfortable sweater, tennis shoes would be something comfortable to feel comfortable.
