In June, July, and August, the Northern Hemisphere tilts toward the sun. That is why it gets hotter there. In December, January, and February, the Southern Hemisphere tilts toward the sun, and it becomes hotter there. This proves, that we do need to study other objects to now about the earth and it also proves why it gets hotter there. The text also states, Earth closer to the sun during the summer than during the winter? You might think it is. That might explain why summer is hotter than winter. But if that were true, then the whole earth would be hotter in July than in January. The fact is that the Northern Hemisphere—the northern half of Earth—is at its hottest in July. But the Southern Hemisphere is actually its coldest in July. When the Northern Hemisphere is having its summer, the Southern Hemisphere is having its winter.
This proves you do need to study other objects  in space to get a better understanding and it also explains why summer is hotter than winter.

This qoute shows how we need to study more space objects to learn about are solar system, and how we can contribute to the future. Also in "The Reason for the Seasons" It says "Scientists should know more beginning in 2015. During that year, the New Horizons spacecraft, launched in 2006, will finally reach Pluto. New Horizons will fly past Pluto and its moons, gathering images to send back to Earth." As you can see we are now exploring  and getting a closer look at Pluto, which will probably have a impact on our future. Overall by studying other space objects we can decide which planet we will explore and study next. After reading this article I believe we should study more space objects so we can be very successful.

   As you can tell, astronomers really should travel to space to see what is going on with other planets.  One reason is, according to the text, "Changing Seasons, Pluto is changing", the text states "This means the changes happened between 2000 and 2002."  The reader can notice that things on Pluto are changing.  For instance, Pluto is changing its temperature and temperature has to do with seasons.  This might mean the same as the seasons on Earth will be different or start to change since Pluto is changing.  I think scientists should study more about this verdict so they will find solutions.  To sum things up, astronomers really should travel to space and find these answers.
   
As you can see, traveling into space and discovering other objects can help us live on Earth.
