As though I am not the one throwing and dividing the trash, I still learn to know when to recycle something. Overall, the talk was okay. I learned a few things about composing. Though my concern is some of the pictures were a bit too disgusting for me to see. But I supposed it couldn't be helped as trash composing does include trash.

I learned that Indonesia makes the most waste, both organic and non organic. We make a lot of food waste that we can compost using Black Soldier flies and they'll turn it into protein. Some other waste that we make can be recycled. We should try our best to always do something to lessen the waste we make in the daily basis or to do something useful about the waste we do make.

I get to know how many percentage of the Indonesian waste is recycled and also about the maggots in the compost. There is the bad and good compost and if there are maggots in the compost, it is likely from the Black Soldier Fly. Overall, I learned new facts about composts and the kind. I do have a few concerns on it though. The presenter couldn't explain the presentation clearly with a few stuttering here and there, there are also some parts which sounds a bit off, but the presentation was concise which is good. I am glad there is this webinar to inform us about composting.
