This is difficult for me. Because this type of learning has not been used in previous studies. When I first came into contact, it was not very suitable. However, the year of the article I selected cannot be too long, because the times are developing fast, and articles that are too long are not very convincing.
Secondly, when I found the first article about my major, I needed to find two articles from the reference in this article. The articles so found can be closely linked together. In my article, my keywords are management systems. My three articles explain this system in three different ways. Rewards, employee management and market management. These three aspects are important parts of management.
Finally, I feel that my mentor is useful for my article feedback. Because when I was writing, I was not very good at using academic words to explain my point of view. So my article will make readers feel less convincing. After that, I will start learning from what are academic words.
