Also, would this be centralized in one area/age group? The question at the moment is pretty open-ended in relation to the population you will be studying. Or will you purposefully dispose of  masks according to an experimental setup and gather the data that way instead?

Would this target one specific age range of people, or try to be a generalized finding? -Because elderly and newborns ave the most at risk immune systems to be prone to the disease, so will it focus on an at risk population or just everyone

How would the risk posed by a dirty mask be measured? Would your data be focused on mulitple diseases on a mask or just one?
