Quite a few times the CLs have given us feedback that the atmosphere of our lessons was pretty "dead" and low energy so we should come up with ways to make lessons more fun so cadets can be more enthusiastic. I am part of the ICs in charge of Truffles. During trainings, the year 2s seem to gradually tilt their cameras up, and at the end of the training, the ICs can only see their foreheads. I feel that this is indicative of level of respect the Y2's have for the ICs. They already have been reminded before to ensure their torso and above is in view. Hence i think the level of respect the Y2s have for the ICs currently, is not ideal. We also need to start getting the Y2s ready for more leadership as they'll soon start planning for the CCA as well
