Explain the activity 
We volunteered to stand front of stage during the performance to stop people accessing the stage .

What went well?
There were no major incidents during the festival and we all communicated effectively to stop people accessing the stage 

What would you change? 

 I wouldn't have changed anything that happened during the festival but if something happened during the event I wouldn't have known how to address the situation.

Evidence 2- Talk with tutor

Explain the activity 
Me and my Tutor had a conversation after something happened during college that needed to be shut down. 

What went well?
I communicated effectively and got my point across as well as listening to what she said.

What would you change? 
I wouldn't change anything as it went well.

 

Evidence 3- Group project

Explain the activity 
As a group we all had to present a presentation and we all had different sections to present.

What went well?
We all participated and did the sections we were assigned and it was a good flow.

What would you change? 
I wouldn't change anything as it was good and effective.

Explain the activity 
We had to build a raft and make it float on water without it sinking or falling apart.

What went well?
We all helped each other and one person took control and assigned different sections of the raft to be complete.

What would you change? 
I would change the way we all got onto the raft as it wasn't orderly and everyone kind of jumped onto it.

 

Evidence 2- Food bank

Explain the activity 
We did a sponsored run to make money for local food bank.

What went well?
We completed all the miles in the run and made enough money for the food bank.

What would you change? 

We should have bought more tinned food for the food bank.

Evidence 3- Ukraine Run

Explain the activity 
We all ran as a college round the Astroturf to show support for Ukraine when everything was happening with Russia. 

What went well?
Most people ran round the Astroturf to show support.

What would you change? 
More people tried and more people put effort in as some people didn't try and just sat down.

Explain the activity 
We threw powdered paint at kids to motivate them and make it more fun.

What went well?
All the kids had fun and it was a good experience to see the children happy.

What would you change? 

 I wouldn't change anything as it was for a good cause and it was to show support.

What went well?
We all did our roles we were given and we all did them to the best of our ability.

What would you change? 

 I wouldn't change anything that happened.

I did a presentation in front of the class.

What went well?
I did it effectively and with confidence and explained what the PowerPoint was about.

What would you change? 
I would change how long the PowerPoint was and how much detail there was I could have made it more simple.
