Glow: I like how Christina realized that the Babblerize is a good tools for students to express themselves through the speaking and the picture I had not thought of that application for the website.
Grow: Though Christina has a great lesson plan, I think that a website that students can use to help their word problem skills would have been a useful technology tool along with the Kahoot.

Glow: Daisy speaks very clearly and has great presentation skills. For each topic she goes through, it is thoroughly discussed and she gives great details as to why she likes those the best.
Grow: Daisy could have discussed certain websites and uses of symbaloo for teachers, instead of how it was just helpful for this one class

Glow: In Jessica's lesson plan she utilizes the technology tool that the students will use and shows them how to create it. I think that this is very beneficial as she will have complete understand of the tech because she used it herself as if she was student.
Grow: Jessica could have explained how doing the digital dialogs helped her in this class or for her teaching career, instead of just stating what a digital dialog is.

Glow: I like how Silvia really used her symbaloo. She has many websites placed into it and I think that postermywall is a great technology tool. Using her symbaloo as a segway into talking about her lesson plan is a great way of explaining how versatile technology is.
Grow: Siliva could have gone through one or two more pages of her websites so that all the different things that she has done and learned could be shown.

Glow: I think that Cristina highlighted the importance of the business cards we created. It would be very impressive in an interview and many different URLs could be on the QR code
Grow: A suggestion for Cristina would be to take the time to go in depth and really highlight a certain topic or project that she enjoyed and found useful in the class, instead of just giving a brief overview.

Glow: Olivia gave great detail of each technology tool of how she personally found them useful and how she can use them as a teacher. This is very helpful and shows the importance of each tool.
Grow: Though Olivia gives a good presentation, I think it may be helpful to speak a little louder. This way every word is clear and there would be less background noises like taking a breath.

Glow:I like how Melanie stated that although she liked Blabberize,m she thought ti was difficult to use. I think it is important to understand that although it is a technology tool, it might not always good a good thing to incorporate into the classroom.
Grow: I think that Melanie could benefit from suing a playposit in her lesson plan. it would be easy to incorporate wiht a youtube video and give students a time to personally reflect on a topic so serious as bullying as Kahoot can sometimes take away the serious nature with the fun competition.

Glow: I like how Elizabeth mentioned another website other than the ones highlighted by the project as padlet is a great resource to have and something that I did not have on my symbaloo since I forgo about it until she mentioned it.
Grow: Though Elizabeth had a good demonstration, I think that pausing the screen recording at some points would have been helpful so there was not so many stops for loading websites.

Glow: I think that Meghan's lesson plan was great because she discussed how a Powtooncan be useful whenthere is no videos that are suitable for the topic, so using Powtoon is like creating your own. I had not thought about Powtoon in this way before.
Grow: When showing her Blabberize, it would have been helpful for Meghan to scroll all the way down so that we can see her web page of the Blabberize.

Glow; Kaitlyn has great presenting skills. every word is pronounced clearly and easy to understand. She discusses everything in detail which ensures that the listener has understood everything that she has said.
Grow: One thing Kaitlyn could do was show her Playposit video or jigsaw puzzle she created for her lesson plan. This would have given the viewer a nice visual to look at and show them her work.

I have neevr thought fo that being a teaching tool that could be used, especially, with younger students, But Sarah has shown that it can.
Grow: One grow is that Sarah has forgotten to place few things on her final website, like her business card so that should be added.

I definitely will integrate this into my own work!
Grow: I think that Gabriela's business card would have bensfitted from bolder font and colors that contrast more in order to make ti easier to read.
