This line can mean many things but the reason why I like it is because it shows how someone can use you in a relationship. A token is a ticket for someone or something to be with or interact with someone or something else. To relate this to real life is, when someone just uses you for money, love or something else. First the person can come in calm, but can start acting different later on. Apart from this line being somewhat funny, I think this line can relate to so many other things in life apart from candy.
