Jodi Peters here. :) I have been a Cross Categorical teacher at LaFollette High School for the last 7 years. Before that, I was a classroom teacher at the Perkins School for the Blind in the Boston area (Watertown specifically). I worked at Perkins as both a TA and a teacher during the course of 18 years. I am thankful to have had supportive admin who put students first throughout my career and I hope to pay it forward! My first degree was Art Education and a minor in Psychology. I have a Master's in Special Education-Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments as well as a certification to be a Cross-Cat teacher. I still dabble in varied art projects, love to garden!!, and am known to write parodies. Move over Weird Al!! I am looking forward to working with all of you! :)

My name is Claire Anderson. I am from the Milwaukee area originally, but I now live in Sister Bay. I am currently a middle school special education teacher, but previous to this I was a 1st and 2nd grade classroom teacher. Next year I will be returning to the classroom as a 4th grade teacher! I am excited to be "coming home" to the UW-Madison community after graduating with my Bachelors only a few years ago.
