Confident:
  When u have a potential nd complete knowledge of a particular topic then ur confidence AUTOMATICALLY INCREASES.. So acc  to me this is the key to consolidate ur confidence.. 

Hurdle:
Basically I have 3hurdles😅 1. Not responding of some students, coz if they don't respond we are unable to know whether they r getting me or not. 
2. Sometimes there's network issue . 
3.  Lack of transparency in exam between invigilator and students. 

Inspiration:
Whenever a student ask question on a particular topic nd when they got satisfaction frm mah explanation then this inspires me a lot..

a) As it's online session and every parent is sitting beside their child , I feel very bad when parent think:-
** Ma'am is partial with some students. 
** Ma'am is not asking question to my child.
** some parents are taking as a burden --- they are not taking online classes seriously.
