Strategy: try to manage the students behaviour by using the stars as rewards, but did not work. Instead of star, use something that students can really use such as eraser. Somehow it works for now, but I hope in some point students can have an awareness that when they are being good, they will not depend on rewards anymore.

2. We use nearpod as interactive discussion but since it's an app, sometimes it did not work due to internet connection so some students could not join the fun of the activity.

ECY: Try to teach in cluster, which has been in the process. The challenge is in the time duration or time management.
 
 EL : group work challenging, most of them still convenient to work individually. We're in the process of train them to share the work fairly and how to have more social awareness and group management. 

MSHS and specialist: There is a challenge to explain the online platform to parents and students, as they haven't familiar with Ms Teams.

So the planned did not running well. 

Ms. Heny: when we use MS Teams for online class. The kids did not open the camera at all. So we spend 40 minutes just for complain to the kids. Or when I have use class novel in Bahasa Indonesia lesson. The kids do not reading habit. So during review; I create the question and who the answer also the teacher.
