Before the presentation, you should prepare slides and make them well-organized. Slides are a useful tool for most presentations because they help the audience follow what you are saying. It's important for everything to be organized logically for the audience to fully understand. Before you start delivering your talk, introduce yourself to the audience and clarify who you are. Your presentation should be divided into three parts including introduction, body and conclusion.

During your presentation, you can make things more interesting for your audience by using your body language or gestures while giving your presentation as it helps to interact with your listeners. Visual aids can be used throughout your speech but try to only use them for essential points. As soon as you show the visual aid, the audience's attention will be drawn to it, so you must immediately explain it.

At the end of the presentation, there should be a Q and A session. The advantage of Q and A session is that any misunderstandings can be dealt with immediately.
