• 76% spend more than 1 hour each day on Facebook.

Paul Harvey, a University of New Hampshire professor and GYPSY expert, has researched this, finding that Gen Y has "unrealistic expectations and a strong resistance toward accepting negative feedback," and "an inflated view of oneself." He says that "a great source of frustration for people with a strong sense of entitlement is unmet expectations. They often feel entitled to a level of respect and rewards that aren’t in line with their actual ability and effort levels, and so they might not get the level of  respect and rewards they are expecting."

What do you think about generation y is a unhappy generation?

Just to share my opinion.. People in Gen Y now have good education and qualification. To get a job, they need to compete with many people. So, we need to make a good preparation and planning. We also should always have an alternative or back up to each action plan.

Money is not everything. But everything now days need money. We must control our expenses. So we will do not make excessive spending. Excessive spending will make us in trouble.

I agree with the Amirul opinion , but, in my opinion. present generation y should not opt ​​in finding a job even they have good education and qualification. they should think about the future financial problems they face if they do not work. Besides the generation y should be wise in managing their finances to ensure that they are not wasteful in their spending.

Human being have to learn gradually to accepts comments !

According from Amirul statement about 'Money is not everything but everything need money' i'm hundred percent agreed it is because now a days, in this ERA globalization we really need money to fix everything surrounded of our environment or we are going to an outdated people.

There are some generation y is unhappy because they cannot get what needs. as human being habit

they all not prefer to face any negative comment/ judgement from other person. in this cases they doesn't

know they can be better when they are someone told them about them. 

besides that, they do not know someone care about them.

Generation Y is a unhappy generation because they always get what they want,sometimes they cannot get what they want. Generation Y also more depend on technology, so they dont like to use traditional ways. This is from what i have understand from my reading.
