I notice that you have dispositions for kids to reflect to think if they will be good candidates for self paced.

Think that your changes are evidence based...think that will give you excellent talking points when speaking to colleagues/admin, kids, and families. 

Wonder if there can be spaces for kids who want quiet? Kids who want to collaborate.

Would that work for older students? I also offer students who like a more quiet environment , headphones and classical or kids bop :) and they function really well with this .
