I learned that our hand carries 600 touch sensors, meaning that our body is able to feel the lightest touch. During this process our nerves shoot up signals to our brain so that the task can be performed.
Each hand carries 4000 nerves meaning our body is able to communicate with itself without us even realizing it.
Our nerves are a bundle of cells that can reach up to 3 feet, they are responsible for carrying electrical signals from and to the brain.

I learned that the fingertips, nose and surprisingly the elbows have sensors for heat. Our nerves carry sensation to our brains, the nerves and sensors work together us alive. They are also responsible for regulating the body and cool down. When our body overheats our sensors signal brain. Our brains central thermostat begins the cooling process. our body also consist of 1.000.000 tiny sweat glands. If our body is dehydrated it than seeks fluid in our large intestine. The body is also able to balance the need of water and the need to keep cool.
