Because I changed jobs in 2019. My previous job was in the construction industry. But my new job was in the energy sector. This situation challenged me a bit. I learned new things and decided to learn English in 2019. This was a requirement for me.

Also, I was in the final year of my Master's degree. I had to work hard to finish it on time. The university was in Izmir. For this reason, I had to go to Izmir often. I was afraid of trouble at my job. Luckily it didn't turn out the way I thought. I graduated from my master's degree in August 2019. I had very valuable professors at the university and I learned a lot from them.

This has affected my work in a good way. The company expanded my job description. It also gave me new responsibilities.

Then, I got used to my new job. So I felt better. But problems arose in my private life. I could no longer get along with my wife. I got divorced in December 2019.

Now 2019 was ending... And an old friend of mine called. He said let's make his old stories an electronic book. I said yes. This offer encouraged me. So I started dreaming again.

I'm glad you wrote to me. And I'm very excited about your coming to Istanbul. It's great to hear from you...

We can do something together. But I have to go to the hospital on Saturday. I think , you're coming that morning. Therefore, I can't meet you on at the airport. However, If you want... you can go to Taksim and I can come to there at 13 o'clock. Later, we eat a good food  good food / a portion of good food in the Galata Tower. Afterwards, We can walk from Galata Tower to Sultanahmet. It's a long but beautiful route.

Do you have any plan (plans) this weekend? If you don't have any plan, I have something on my mind. We can visit the museums in Istanbul on Sunday. If you want, we can go to Prince Islands. The Nature there is so beautiful. I know there is a good fish restaurant there. We can eat fish. Where else do you want to go? What else do you want to do? You (can) write me. I will plan for (the) two of us.

You can visit modern art museums. For example, Modern Istanbul, Borusan Museum, Atlı Köşk. Apart from these, there are many non-historical museums. Cartoon Museum, Cinema Museum, Koç Collection Museum. I especially recommend you to see the Koç museum. It has a huge collection.

I want to talk about alternative foods. You can eat the world's best turbot in the northern part of Istanbul. You can drink boza at Vefa.
