I will reject the offer. This is because all the achievements have been made through all of our teamwork. The projects that has been completed all are done together with the supports of everyone in the team. I will not leaving my teammates behind that I considered become my own family. Without my team, I am nothing to your expectation and I don't deserve the all of those credits. However, I will considering your offer if you are going to include all of my teammates in the list without leaving anyone behind. Appreciate your kind consideration. 2. I will stick to the team that already have stability and achievement.

I would reject the position. In my opinion, all the achievements that I achieved is because I have a strong and capable team that backed up me during the journey. I rely on everyone performance, suggestion and opinion and we usually agreed on everyone decision after the meetings. To achieve something, we need a strong and reliable teammates, a person when we assigned the task, who make it clear and can complete it within the time given. Maybe we can find it, but it is hard to find someone who we used to work with.
