         <title>Homemade pizza</title>

         <title>Vichyssoise</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gloria<br>Ingredients: two leeks, two potatoes and an onion, a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper and a glass of milk cream.</div><div>Wash and cut the leeks, potatoes and onion. Put the butter and oil in a saucepan on the fire, add the leeks and the onion, fry for a few minutes and add the potatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes, cover with water and boil for 20 minutes, put salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and crush everything and add the milk cream to cool and put it in the fridge for a few hours and serve with a little chopped parsley if desired.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Tiramisu</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:3 eggs, 50gr.sugar, 250gr Mascarpone cheese, 200cl coffee, 300gr.biscuits, l0ml.Amaretto liqueur or brandy, cocoa powder, a bit of salt.<br>The eggs whites are separated from the yolks, the eggs whites are beaten with a little salt, well assembled and reserved in the fridge. Then beat the yolks with the sugar until thick, add the Mascarpone cheese and beat again then mix everything(eggs whites and yolks). Then wet the biscuits with coffee and liqueur and place on a tray next to each other and cover with a layer of the preparation and again make another layer of biscuits and cover again the preparation that everything is covered last is sprinkled with cocoa.Finally let stand in the fridge for four hours.</div>]]></description>

         <title>SANTIAGOS&#39;S CAKE (tarta de Santiago)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Meritxell Planàs<br><br>Ingredients:<br>250 gr. ground almonds<br>250gr. sugar<br>4 eggs<br>cinnamon<br>1 lemon zest<br>sugar glass to decorate<br><br>Mix the almond, the cinnamon, the lemon zest and reserve.<br>Mix the sugar with the eggs. Mix slowly, by hand, without beating.<br>Add to the almond mixture, slowly, until it's well integrated.<br>Smear a mold with butter an flour.<br>Preheat oven to 180 degrees.<br>Put the dough in the mold.<br>Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.<br>When the cake is cold, sprinkle with sugar glass.<br>(YOU WILL FIND THE TEMPLATE OF THE CROSS OF SANTIAGO ON THE INTERNET)</div>]]></description>

         <title>Mushroom risotto</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients<br>l litre vegetable broth, 400gr. rice,<br>300gr. mushrooms, 1 onion<br>2 garlic cloves, 1 glass of white wine, 75gr. grated Paremsan cheese, Salt and 70gr. butter.<br>Firts chop the onion and garlic, chop the mushrooms.<br>In a frying pan with a little butter, put the onion, garlic and mushrooms until they release the water.<br>With the soft fire we pour the rice and with a wooden spoon we remove, we incorporate the white wine cup and continue stirring until it evaporates, we add the vegetable broth, which we have previously heated to lads, until the rice is covered, we continue to remove and add broth slowly until the rice is at its point (about 20 minutes).<br>The secret is that the rice releases all the starch to achieve a creamy texture.<br>Add the rest of the butter and the grated Parmesan cheese and continue stirring, let stand for about 2 to 3 minutes and serve it on the plate by adding a sprinkled Parmesan cheese.<br>Have a good time !!!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pere Rodriguez 3T<br><strong>INGREDIENTS: <br></strong><br></div><div>·   3 glasses of flour. </div><div>·   1 glass of sunflower oil.</div><div>·   3 eggs </div><div>·   a 1/2 kg pot of pineapple and its juice.</div><div>·   1/5 cups of sugar.</div><div>·   Yeast for 250 grams of flour.</div><div>·   Liquid caramel</div><div>THE MEASURE OF THE GLASS IS WINE  </div><div><strong>PREPARATION:</strong> </div><div>Mix the yeast with the flour, then cold add the oil and eggs. Knead and add the pineapple juice.  </div><div>Grease the tray with butter, liquid caramel and place the pineapple, then the dough.  </div><div>Bake at a moderate heat for 30 to 35 minutes.  </div><div>Turn over while still hot to remove the cake from the tray.</div>]]></description>

         <title>CRAMBERRY SAUCE</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Belen de Pedro</div><div>INGREDIENTS:</div><div>*1 cup sugar </div><div>2 cups of water </div><div>3* 1-12 ounce package of frozen cramberries </div><div>1  4 *whole orange</div><div><strong>METHOD</strong></div><div>.1 Combine  sugar and water in a saucepan</div><div>  2. Bring to boil,and add cramberries and  return to boil.Reduce heat for 10 minutes</div><div> 3.Chop the orange and add in to the sauce while it’s still hot.</div><div> 4.Put all in a blender and blend until you get a nice consistency.</div><div>  5.Cover and cool  complety at room  temperature.Refrigerate until serving time.</div>]]></description>

         <title>HOMEMADE ARTISAN BREAD</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lluís Mauri<br><strong>Ingredients:</strong></div><div>-  425 g. Wheat flour (strength flour)</div><div>-   75 g. Rye flour</div><div>-   10 g. Yeast powder</div><div>-   5-10 g. salt</div><div>-   350 cc warm water</div><div><strong> Instructions:</strong></div><div>1)       Mix the flour with the yeast and the salt, slowly add water, until you get the dough that doesn’t stick to your fingers.<br>2)       You should let the dough settle for thirty minutes, before kneading the bread.<br>3)       Next, make and knead the dough for about ten minutes. <br>4)       Put the dough in a container of stainless steel or glass and put it in the fridge for eight hours or more.<br>5)       Take the dough from the fridge and make the form of bread you like. Spread it with olive oil.  <br>6)       Preheat the oven to 30º degrees and put in the dough from bread for two hours. Let the dough rise.<br>7)       After two hours remove the dough from the oven and preheat it at 240º degrees. Put the dough into the oven. Ten minutes later lower the temperature of the oven until 190ºC.<br>8)       Approximately 60 minutes later the bread will be done<br><br><strong>Tips</strong>: If you would like to have a crispy and browned crust, you should throw a glass of cold water into the oven when the temperature is very hot and just before putting the dough for baking. We get water steam and a wet atmosphere.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rocio<br>Fast and easy</div><div><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</div><ul><li>  Choose 2 big ripe  avocados </li><li>½  red onion  (preferably) </li><li>½ lime juice </li><li>2 spoons fresh coriander finely  chop </li><li>Jalapeño  chilli (if you don't like chilli, just  skip it)</li><li>Fine sea salt and pepper to taste. </li></ul><div><strong>Instructions:</strong></div><ol><li>Put  the previously diced  onion  to a mixing  bowl, add  the lime juice  and mix, leave  for about 10 minutes.</li><li>Add avocados (cut them in half  and extract pulp with  a spoon) and mash them with a fork until they reach your desired consistency.</li><li>Mix in the remaining ingredients; coriander, jalapeño chilli, salt and pepper to taste.</li><li>Stir until combined</li></ol><div>Enjoy it!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>AREPAS: One of the most typical food in Venezuela and Colombia.<br>Servings: 4</em></strong><br><strong><em>Ingredients:</em></strong></div><ul><li>1 <sup>1/2 </sup>cups instant white or yellow cornmeal (harina de maíz precocida in Spanish, the most common brand that you can find in a grocery store or supermarket in Spain is P.A.N.).</li><li>2 cups of hot water (can be from the tap)</li><li><sup>1/2</sup> teaspoon of salt</li></ul><div><strong><em>Instructions:<br></em></strong><strong>1)</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Pour the cornmeal into a large bowl and while mixing with a wooden spoon or your hands, gradually pour in the hot water. Add the salt and mix using your hands until there are no lumps. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, or you can refrigerated the dough and keep it for up to a day.<br><strong>2)</strong> When you're ready to make the arepas, scoop up a heaping spoon of dough and form a ball in the palm of your hand and flatten it gently until it´s about <sup>1/2</sup> inch thick like a small pancake. Repeat with the remaining dough, and set aside on a platter.<br><strong>3)</strong> Add lightly butter or oil in a griddle or heavy skillet and place the arepas. Cook the arepas for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden. <br><strong>4)</strong> Finally, split the arepa in a half and fill it with whatever you prefer, and serve immediately.<br><br>The arepas, with their flavour, ease of preparation, and flexibility are sure to win you over! Cut them in small cubes. Boil in water and salt.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Brownie</strong><br>Ingredients:<br>- 1/2 cup butter or margarine<br>- 2 large eggs<br>- 1 cup all purpose flour<br>- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips<br>- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed<br>- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts<br><br>Method</div><ul><li>Preheat oven to 175ºC.</li><li>Grease 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) pan.</li><li>Combine butter or margarine and chocolate chips in saucepan on low heat. Stir often until melted. Do not overheat. Remove to a hot pad.</li><li>Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat to mix. Add chocolate mixture to this mixture. Stir.</li><li>Add flour and walnuts. Stir just until moistened.</li><li>Scrape batter into pan. Spread evenly.</li><li>Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Cool brownies before cutting.</li><li>Enjoy!</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Prawns in Cognac</strong><br><br></div><div>For 4 people:</div><div>16 prawns</div><div>2 cloves of garlic</div><div>1 bouquet of parsley</div><div>cognac, oil and salt<br><br></div><div>In a frying pan, with oil, fry the prawns on both sides.</div><div>When they are somewhat cooked, water them with a splash of cognac.</div><div>Add the two cloves of garlic and the finely chopped parsley.</div><div>Stir it well and let it fry for a couple of minutes with the satin covered.</div><div>Let's eat!</div>]]></description>
