We need to address root causes (student anger, aggression and depression: Michele Branch?, and what teachers and counselors can do to spot the signs and provide support). We also need to hear from police with meaningful instruction on flight or fight.

There seems to be a growing number of students who just want to be entertained or to have free time on the chrome books. Parents whose child is misbehaving often report that "he isn't having any fun."
