One of the participants who had chosen drama as their favourite genre did so because they felt they are 'Relatable to real life', another because 'I find them interesting and you can feel the emotions of the character', while someone informed me why they enjoy the hybrid genre of dramatic comedy, 'I love comedy because it provides escapism and allows me to forget the worries of the day, whilst when blended with drama it can be presented as a comedic examination of human nature'.
