Learning Style: Visual, because my attention is drawn to diagrams and bright colours. I like to use pictures and diagrams to help me remember information. I test myself by using labelled images and enjoy completing creative tasks. This learning style influences multiple area of my life including providing directions, I will often remember environmental objects to help me memorise how to get to certain places.

Stages of Learning
Cognitive: Completing soduku.
Associative: Cooking
Autonomous: Playing Tennis.- I have played tennis for many years in both junior and senior competitions. I would consider this an autonomous stage skill because the technique and timing now comes naturally to me, I am able to spend more time focusing on tactical planning and building match strategies to play to my strengths. Through repetitive training, I am able to analyse my own skills and 'self coach' my own improvements also.

Learning style: Lucas is a kinesthetic learner because he likes to be active and energetic whilst learning. For example he would get up and instead of using his book with all the writing and information he would use his objects to show it.
COGNITIVE: Lucas' cognitive skill is cooking because its not often he cooks and when he does he would usually mess something up.
ASSOCIATIVE: Lucas' associative skill is running because he knows how to do it but he isn't confidently consistent
AUTONOMOUS: Lucas' autonomous skill is soccer because he has played it his whole life and is his favourite thing to do. Lucas is very consistent with soccer because he trains a lot during the week and during school.
