I like to use pictures and diagrams to help me remember information. I test myself by using labelled images and enjoy completing creative tasks. Autonomous: Playing Tennis.- I have played tennis for many years in both junior and senior competitions. I would consider this an autonomous stage skill because the technique and timing now comes naturally to me, I am able to spend more time focusing on tactical planning and building match strategies to play to my strengths. Max is a visual learner because he likes to look at what the work is, he likes to make power points and he understands information best when he sees it. He likes to do creative tasks that lets him see what he's doing and what to do. This learning style influences Max's work and helps him come up with ideas.

Max knows how to swim but he's a beginner at all strokes. This makes max a cognitive learner for swimming because he still needs to develop his strokes. He has a low succuss rate with swimming because he believes he doesn't want to continue with swimming.

Autonomous skill: Snowboarding- Tim has been snowboarding since he was five years old. He goes to the snow every July holiday's for two weeks. This means he is a well practiced and a highly skilled athlete. He has performed in two snowboarding competitions and was good enough to come out with a silver in one of those. He says that he will be trying out for the state team next year.

Kinaesthetic, because he loves to get active and learn through physical activities. He loves sport classes and overall enjoys anything that involves getting out of his seat.
